PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge controller or a load driver which can perform constant current control of the charging current or the driving current appropriately.SOLUTION: The charge controller 100 which performs charge control of a secondary battery BAT by controlling the output stage N1, N2, L1, D1, C1, and C2 connected between the power supply and a secondary battery BAT includes a first error amplifier 101 which generates a first error voltage Verr1 based on a difference between a predetermined first reference voltage Vref1 and a first feedback voltage Vfb1 corresponding to a primary current Iadp which is supplied from the power supply to the output stage, a second error amplifier 102 which generates a second error voltage Verr2 based on a difference between any one of a predetermined second reference voltage Vref2 and the first error voltage Verr1 and a second feedback voltage Vfb2 corresponding to a charging current Ichg which is supplied from the output stage to the secondary battery BAT, and control signal generation units 104-106 which generate the control signals of the output stage based on the second feedback voltage Verr2. |
