POULTRY FEED AND HEN EGG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly nutritional hen egg more easily increased in the concentration of zeaxanthin in a hen egg to enable an eater to easily take the zeaxanthin.

SOLUTION: The hen egg can be produced through producing poultry feed where matrimony vine seeds or extract from the matrimony vine seeds are (is) added to feed at 0.1-10 wt.%, and giving the feed to poultry so that the zeaxanthin as a component of the matrimony vine seeds shifts to the hen egg to make the hen egg contain the zeaxanthin at high concentration.
