Skin lotion and its manufacturing methods are provided to inhibit skin aging, whiten the skin, and remove liver spots, freckles and dark spots without side effects by blocking ultraviolet, removing reactive oxygen species, protecting cell membrane and promoting metabolism of the skin. A manufacturing method of the skin lotion comprises the steps of: preparing pine needle, bamboo leaf, Schizandra chinensis BAILL., pomegranate, purslane, onion, aloe, lemon, Opuntia ficus indica, cucumber, apple and green tea leaf; cutting the prepared materials; adding 2-5 parts by weight of bamboo leaf into 20 parts by weight of solvent and heating the mixture for 3-4 hours repeatedly in three times; cooling the heated solution; adding 2-5 parts by weight of pine needle, 2-5 parts by weight of Schizandra chinensis BAILL., 2-5 parts by weight of pomegranate, 2-5 parts by weight of purslane and 2-5 parts by weight of onion, 10-15 parts by weight of aloe, 10-20 parts by weight of lemon, 1-3 parts by weight of Opuntia ficus indica, 15-25 parts by weight of cucumber and 15-25 parts by weight of apple into the cooled solution, and sealing the mixture; and maturing the sealed mixture at 1-4 deg.C for 40 days, wherein the solvent is soju, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol or butanol.
