PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a stumble and a fall of a pedestrian which occur in the space between a road and rails in a crossing, and prevent an accident such as running off or pinching of a stroller, a wheelchair and a bicycle with small wheels. SOLUTION: When a train approaches and passes by, the space between the road and the rails is brought from a closed state to an open state, which enables the train to safely pass.
