PURPOSE: A bolt holder assembly of a steering wheel is provided to simplify an installation structure by simply inserting a bolt holder. CONSTITUTION: A bolt holder assembly of a steering wheel comprises a horn plate and a bolt holder(30). The horn plate is installed in an armature coupled to the steering wheel. The bolt holder is installed in the horn plate. When components, such as an air bag, are coupled by bolts, the bolt holder temporarily fixes the bolts. A mounting flange(22) is formed in the horn plate. An insertion unit(36) is formed in the bolt holder, and fitted to the mounting flange.
