<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein in a glass ceramic board having a ferrite layer formed inside the glass ceramic board and a coil embedded in the ferrite layer, moisture, etc. in the atmosphere infiltrates from the ferrite layer exposed on the side face and then the glass ceramic board absorbs the moisture, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The glass ceramic board comprises an insulation substrate 1 comprising a plurality of glass ceramic insulation layers 6 formed stacked of glass or a filler, the ferrite layer 2 of the same size as that of the glass ceramic insulation layers 6 which is formed in an inner layer of the glass substrate 1, and a conductor 3 for a coil embedded inside the ferrite layer 2.
