PURPOSE: Bean fiber for shoes inside lining and insole using the same are provided to offer good wearability, antibacterial effects, permeability, and sweat absorption, and to recover fatigue of feet by irradiating ultraviolet rays. CONSTITUTION: Bean fiber(10) for shoes inside lining is weaved by crossing cotton weft yarns(11,11') and soybean fiber warp yarns(12,12'). The soybean fiber fabric is twill weave fabric or plain weave fabric in which the weft and the warp are crossed. The insole is formed to the fabric attached on the top of a main body. The fiber is made of the soybean fiber. The main body is made of ethylene vinyl acetate foam. The ethylene vinyl acetate is formed by foaming compounds in which ethylene vinyl acetate of 100 parts by weight, yellow soil powder of 10~15 parts by weight, a foaming agent of 5~10 parts by weight, a cross-linking agent of 1~3 parts by weight, zinc oxide of 1~5 parts by weight, and pigment of 0.5~5 parts by weight are mixed. |
