PURPOSE: An engine mounting device of a vehicle is provided to improve stiffness of a frame by easily joining the mounting device to a frame without welding or making a combining hole and to mount an engine at any positions that an operator wants without replacing the frame in changing position, structure, and the number of mounting spots. CONSTITUTION: An engine mounting device of a vehicle is composed of an inner bracket(10) for covering and supporting a frame; an outer bracket(20) positioned outside the inner bracket; an engine bracket combined with the outer bracket and fixed and installed to an engine; and a mounting rubber(40) disposed between the inner and outer brackets to absorb vibration and shock generated from the engine. The inner bracket comprises left and right inner brackets(10a,10b) for covering left and right outer peripheral surfaces of the frame. Combining units(13a,13b) are arranged at the left and right inner brackets to join each other.
