PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an overhead of a timing control signal when autonomously and dispersively finding the timing of communication with a neighboring node, and to ensure small delay and high data communication efficiency. SOLUTION: A communication control unit according to the present invention includes a timing control signal reception means of receiving the timing control signal from the neighboring node, a communication timing calculation means of determining data transmission timing of its node based upon the reception of the timing control signal of the neighboring node, a timing control signal transmission means of transmitting a timing control signal on which a phase representing data transmission of its node is reflected, a data communication means of transmitting and receiving data signals to and from each neighboring node, and a phase state management means of controlling transmission modes of the timing control signal and data signals based upon the phase state of its node determined by the communication timing calculation means.
