PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize an inexpensive highly reliable electronic apparatus and wireless communication terminal by resolving various problems upon making wireless high speed and big volume data transfer among circuit blocks in conventional electronic equipment, particularly a problem of mounting an antenna, and by removing defects and limits in prior art data transmission systems. SOLUTION: The antenna device comprises an integrated circuit board capable of selection of conductivity for every area in the board and a conductor element formed of conductive layers on the integrated circuit board, wherein portions just under and near the conductor element in the integrated circuit board are more conductive than other portions of the integrated circuit board.
