The system has a logic controller connected to peripheral units e.g. radio (13) and audio processing unit (15) for processing signals received from the units. A master device (11) allots a row of priority to each information e.g. vocal message, to recall lapse of a safety belt, coming from the peripheral units, where the system diffuses the information in order of their rows of priority by a loud speaker (2) and an amplifier (12) via a sound generator (101).
