<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a secure jet of the contents from the beginning of start of use in use in an inverted attitude in a jetting device which can be used in any of use in an erected attitude and an inverted attitude. <P>SOLUTION: A pump housing 16 is inserted from the opening part 10a of a vessel 10 and a pump type jetting device 12 is attached to the opening part. Then, a small annular gap G is formed between the inner peripheral face of the opening part and the pump housing, an air introduction hole 16i is provided on the pump housing to communicate with the outside through the gap G and the inside of the vessel is held to an atmospheric pressure. Further, the jetting device can be used in any of use in an erected attitude and an inverted attitude, the contents are sucked from the vessel through the first opening port 16h positioned close to the bottom part of the vessel in use in an erected attitude and the second opening port 16d positioned close to the opening part of the vessel in use in an inverted attitude, and the respective contents flow into a pressure chamber A.
