PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat cable with a new structure ensuring solder bridge.SOLUTION: A flat cable 1 is structured by arranging multiple insulated wires 2A, 2B in which conductor 3A, 3B are coated with insulating resin 4 and unifying the external surface of the multiple insulated wire 2A, 2B. The insulating resin 4 of a soldered part of the multiple insulated wire 2A, 2B is removed by laser beam. Only two insulated wire 2A, 2B next to each other among the multiple insulated wire 2A, 2B are connected with solder electrically at a soldering point 5 where the insulating resin 4 is removed and the conductor 3A, 3B are exposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
