PURPOSE: To provide both high resolution exceeding the picture element resolution of an image pickup element and low noise and to make possible streoscopic vision further. CONSTITUTION: While arranging an image pickup object on a biaxial table 2 capable of fine movement in a horizontal direction and moving it, plural image data are acquired by an image pickup part constituted of a CCD camera 4, a lens and illumination 3 and the plural image data are stored in a frame memory 8 in an image processing part 5. The image data of the high resolution and the low noise are obtained by performing the weighted average processing of the data, and also, by obtaining the exclusive OR of the data, the stereoscopic features of the image pickup object are extracted and the stereoscopic vision is made possible. |
