PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalytic titanium dioxide composite particulate having a molecule discrimination ability specifically bonded to endocrine disruptors, aetiology molecules, cancer cells or the like and capable of decomposing them by a photocatalytic action. SOLUTION: A titanium dioxide particulate surface is modified by a hydrophilic polymer and amine of the hydrophilic polymer and titanium dioxide are strongly bonded. A molecule having a specific bonding ability to a target molecule is fixed to the amine of the hydrophilic polymer to obtain the photocatalytic titanium dioxide composite particulate having the molecule discrimination ability.
