PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitation injection mechanism that can concurrently perform injection and agitation of a measurement target component in a measurement cell storing a solution to be inspected, a detection unit capable of rapidly detecting the measurement target component, and a measuring apparatus capable of rapidly determining the measurement target component.SOLUTION: An agitation injection mechanism 10 injects and agitates a sample containing a measurement target component in a reference liquid, and adjusts a solution S to be inspected. The agitation injection mechanism 10 includes an injection tube 11 in the shape of a cylinder extending in one direction and having openings at both ends in one direction, and a rotating part 12 rotating the injection tube 11 around the center axis of the injection tube 11, a part of at least an end of the injection tube 11 serving as an agitation part 111 allowing agitation of the solution to be inspected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
