PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cleaning implement which is highly effective in disinfecting, sterilizing, bleaching or mold removing and is free from the posibility of generation of gaseous chloride by disposing first and second supporting layers and interposing an oxygen-base activating material to be activated by moisture via an adhesive polymer between these first and second supporting layers. SOLUTION: Hydrophobic layers, impermeable layers, etc., are used as the first and second supporting layers and the oxygen-base activating material activated to be activated by moisture is interposed via the adhesive polymer between these first and second supporting layers, by which the required cleaning implement is obtd. At this time, the first and second supporting layers are preferably formed of nonwoven fabrics, woven fabrics, paper, sponge, etc., and the oxygen-base activating material is formed of a peroxy compd. While the adhesive polymer is not particularly restricted, hot melt powder adhesives, such as copolyester and copolyamide, ethylene vinyl acetate and hot melt powder adhesives are used therefor.
