<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing 'Kiritanpo', Japanese hotchpotch with boiled and broiled rice bars, capable of making the shape and size fixed and forming Japanese hotchpotch with boiled and broiled rice bars through automatically skewering boiled rice (tanpo) formed in a short-length circular cylinder shape in a condition of being half crushed. <P>SOLUTION: This device for producing the Japanese hotchpotch with boiled and broiled rice bars has a hopper 1 to throw boiled rice into, a screw 2 attached to the lower part of the hopper 1, and a conic molding nozzle 3 molding from the section shape of the screw 2 to the section shape of Japanese hotchpotch with boiled and broiled rice bars and set on the exit part of the hopper 1. A molding upper mold 4 and a molding lower mold 5 which vertically move are set in front of the exit of the molding nozzle 3, and additionally a bar holder 8 holding the bar of the Japanese hotchpotch with boiled and broiled rice bars and a pusher 9 extruding the bar in the axial direction are set. A rolling rotor 11 having on the circumference a molding recessed part 10 of a half shape for receiving Japanese hotchpotch with boiled and broiled rice bars firstly molded with the molding upper mold 4 and the molding lower mold 5, and a molding receiving stand 12 with a half circular surface, set with the same molding recessed part 10 facing the circumference of the rolling rotor 11 are each set for secondary molding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
