The present invention relates to a keyboard inputting system and a method to efficiently input a keyboard on a device having a restricted touch screen such as a smart watch, a wearable device, or a small smart device. The keyboard inputting system comprises: a key setting unit; a touch signal inputting unit; and a text determining unit. The key setting unit positions an input text on a key area based on a swipe trajectory of a user after setting two or more key areas and forming a text group for each input key. The touch signal inputting unit detects a touch state, and the trajectory which is moved after touch based on a signal inputted through a touch screen; and transmits the same to the key setting unit and the text determining unit. The text determining unit analyzes a movement trajectory in the touch state transmitted through the touch signal inputting unit; and determines a text to be inputted.
