An organic light emitting device having a fluorine containing compound and a carbon-based compound is provided to reduce a contact resistance of a first electrode and a light emitting layer, and to improve an electron hole transfer performance of the first electrode by forming an electron hole injection layer on an upper part of an organic layer. An organic light emitting device having a fluorine containing compound and a carbon-based compound includes a substrate, a first electrode(10), an electron hole transfer layer(12), and a light emitting layer(13). The first electrode is formed on the substrate. The electron hole transfer layer is formed on an upper part of the first electrode. The light emitting layer is formed on the upper part of the first electrode. The second electrode is formed on an upper part of the light emitting layer. An organic layer is formed between the first electrode and the electron transfer layer. The organic layer has at least one fluorine containing compound selected from a group of fluorine replaced phthalocyanine derivatives, an aliphatic denoted as CxF(2x+2), CxF(2x-2) or CxF2x, an aromatic fluoro carbon compound denoted as C6yF6y-2n, and a fluorinated fullerene. The x is an integer ranging from one to five hundreds. The y is an integer ranging from one to eighty. The n is an integer ranging from zero to eighty.
