<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since a conventional structure of coded picture group after a recording start instruction is changed from a structure of a coded picture group before the recording start instruction, processing before the recording starts becomes useless and also complexity of a processing structure increases. <P>SOLUTION: Since an inter-frame coding part 103 codes an inter-frame coded picture in a fixed intraframe prediction coding mode before the recording start instruction, it is possible to reduce an amount of calculated processing of a prediction coding mode more than usual. Also, since an array of pictures of coded picture signals outputted by a data format part 106 remains the same before and after the recording start instruction, it is possible to avoid complexity of the coded structure which usually occurs by switching coded structures before and after the recording start instruction and to delete unnecessary processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
