PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high light flux by casting coating of a mixed material by including a 1,3,5-tris(aminophenyl) benzene compound A in a hole injection layer and a hole transport layer for constituting an electroluminescent element together with an electroluminescent layer, an electron transport layer, and an electron injection layer, and including a luminescent material B of six- membered aryl ring coordination of metal ions in the electroluminescent element. SOLUTION: A substituted or unsubstituted compound A contained in an electroluminescent element constituted with a substrate, an anode and a cathode, either one or both are visible light transmitting, may be used as a mixture of other hole conductor. A luminescent material B is represented by M<+> Q, M<+> Q', or M<2+> Q2 , M<2+> QQ', M<2+> Q', or M<3+> Q3 , M<3+> Q2 Q', M<3+> QQ2 ', M<3+> Q3 '. M<+> , M<2+> , M<3+> are monovalent, divalent, trivalent metal ions, and independent Q and Q' are represented by the formula. [In the formula, A1 , A2 are each a substituted or unsubstituted six-membered aryl ring ligand.]. The mixture of the material B, the compound A, and a transparent binder is dissolved in alcohol such as methanol, and in a casting coating process, a layer in the lower position is not dissolved.
