PURPOSE:To prepare layout information of fixed form documents including carbon copies and perform documentation of characters, graphs, and totaling procedures based on the prepared layout information. CONSTITUTION:A device comprises a carbon copy information preparing section 10 for preparing carbon copy information wherein a plurality of carbon copy papers are made so as to copy the information on a document, and a documentation processing section 11 wherein information expressed by character information and graph information is calculated and totaled and documentation of these items of documentation information are performed based on layout information 202 of fixed form documents and forms. |
