A consulting service system using a video call and a method thereof are provided to enable a client to accurately inform a desired requirement to a member store through the video consultation. If a terminal(120) selects one of contents lists, a relay server(110) connects the terminal with a member store terminal(130) corresponding to the selected contents list. If the terminal pays the amount of money generated through the consultation with the member store terminal, the relay server requests the payment from a card company server(150). If the payment is accepted from the card company server, the relay server transmits approval information to the member store terminal or the terminal.
