<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the driving power of a high-pressure pump and to improve durability by providing a stage for solubilizing organic sludge by microorganisms before an oxidation treatment. SOLUTION: An oxidation treatment device 1 of the organic sludge comprises a reactor 2 and a supply means 3. The oxidation reaction is induced in the organic matter in the organic sludge under high temperature and high pressure by the oxigen supplied from an oxigen supply means and the organic matter is decomposed in this reactor 2. The oxidation treatment device 1 is characterized in that the supply means 3 has a solubilization vessel 8. The solubilization vessel 8 is a storage vessel which is communicated a tank 4 and stagnates the organic sludge flowing into the tank 4 for a prescribed time. Thermophilic bacteria are propagated and maintained in the solubilization vessel 8 and the organic matter is decomposed by these thermophilic bacteria. The viscosity of the organic sludge is lowered by the decomposition of such organic matter and as a result thereof, the reduction of the load of the high-pressure pump 5, the prevention of piping, etc., are made possible. In addition, the activity of the thermophilic bacteria is made active by a heat exchanger 9 disposed in the solubilization vessel 8.</p> |
