A structure (prize gripping part) 5 comprises: two arms 52 pivotable about some point thereof along the longitudinal direction; depressing members 72, 73 which are provided displaceably along the vertical direction and depress the base ends of the arms 52, the depressing members 72, 73 depressing the base ends of the arms 52 and displacing the same in the vertical direction so as to cause the arms 52 to pivot; and a manipulation mechanism 74 for displacing the depressing members 72, 73 along the vertical direction. Consequently, this allows for the provision of a structure with a configuration in which the number of arm members and the positions to which the arm members are attached can be easily changed, and a game device comprising such a structure.
