<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to accurately recognize whether a power source is supplied in a normal state or abnormal state when a load device is connected to a power source supply path. <P>SOLUTION: On the basis of a signal level in the power source path, it is detected that the signal of a normal signal level flows in such a state that a load device is connected to a power source path (s170: YES) and it is detected that the signal of a signal level larger than normal flows in such a state that the load device is connected to the path (s170: "NO"), and a display part 60 displays the detection result.
