PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for stably and correctly executing recognition of even such an object having a posture having a remarkably different seen size.SOLUTION: An information processor samples a partial image from an image in which an object is picked up to create data for object recognition on the basis of the sampled partial image.
