PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane foam excellent in three properties including hardness, sound-absorbing property, and heat insulation. SOLUTION: The foamable beads-containing polyurethane foam is obtained by foaming a foamable raw material including a polyol, a polyisocyanate, foamable beads, a heat-reducing agent and a foaming agent, and comprises the beads foamed by the heat generated during the foaming, wherein at least 30 pts. by weight of a polymer polyol is added to the polyol to obtain these three excellent properties including hardness, sound-absorbing property, and heat insulating materials. The foamable beads-containing polyurethane foams are suitably used for such applications as bedding materials, sofa, and building materials, especially wall materials, where these three properties are required. For a heat-reducing agent, inorganic hydrates comprising gypsum dihydrate, magnesium sulfate hydrate, magnesium phosphate hydrate, etc., are used. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
