PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composition and the like which has good stability of air bubble and thereby achieving good construction quality, and which can provide desired strength in relatively short period.SOLUTION: There is provided the cement composition and the like which contains cement, an alpha olefin sulfonic acid-based powder frothing agent and a clay mineral, where 10 mass% to 25 mass% of the clay mineral is contained based on the total amount of the cement and the clay mineral.
