<p>PURPOSE:To provide an ultrasonic eyewash atomizing apparatus excellently capable of producing fine particles uniformly and efficiently and provided with a self-excited oscillation driving circuit capable of low voltage driving by low power consumption. CONSTITUTION:By driving a compound body comprising a piezoelectric vibrator 1 and a diaphragm 2 using a self-oscillation driving circuit, the piezoelectric vibrator 1 vibrates and the vibration is propagated to the diaphragm 2. Liquid supplied under the diaphragm 2 which contacts with a liquid retaining material 4 is atomized through through-holes in the diaphragm 2 according to the vibration of the diaphragm 2 and discharged from atomizing outlet 7. Therefore, this apparatus is simple in structure, is small and light, and gives no pain when spraying eyewash to a person's eyes.</p> |
