PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cam device having a reduced size. SOLUTION: The cam device comprises a rotatable input shaft, a cam supported by the input shaft and adapted to be rotated integrally with the input shaft, an output shaft having a radial cam follower engaging with the cam and adapted to be rotated with the rotation of the cam integrally with the input shaft, a fastening flange for positioning the input shaft in the axial direction of the input shaft, and an eccentric flange for positioning the input shaft tending from the cam toward the output shaft in the direction of intersecting the axial direction.
