This is a cover (made from fabric or a similar material) that is fitted to the top part of the seat in order to protect and insulate the fabric thereof. It will have fastening means to enable it to be used. The incorporation of the pad has the dual function of improving upon the features indicated above and also allowing the passenger greater convenience and comfort. Depending on the material used, it will be kept hygienic by means of being replaced (disposable material - Figure 1) or cleaned, either partially or totally (reusable material, remaining figures). To conclude, it may be stated that this is a product that improves the service life of the seat material, offering the passenger greater benefits. Furthermore, because it can be reused, it is environmentally friendly.
