PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process interrupt check in a short time and also to easily create a check program. SOLUTION: When an MCU (microprogram controller) 1 is started up in a check mode, an interrupt signal of each peripheral equipment 4a to 4c is cut from an interrupt signal line 5a to 5c respectively. A switch group 6 is turned on at the same time with the cut processing and the lines 5a to 5c are connected to a register 7 for checking. Next, check data is written to the register 7, shifting the timing of states of the lines 5a to 5c in each interrupt signal line and the content of an interrupt request register 2 is decided in order to check short circuit among the lines 5a to 5c. |
