PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible that a pressure-sensitive adhesive holds a high ratio of strength even when it is exposed to excess water by incorporating a polymer as the pressure-sensitive adhesive, a water-swelling polymer and a water-soluble polymer consisting of pectin and/or carboxymethylcellulose at a specified ratio. SOLUTION: A pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises 20-60 pts.wt. one or mixture of polymers acting as the pressuresensitive adhesive, 20-80 pts.wt. water- swelling polymer absorbing 50-500 g water/100 g and 0-30 pts.wt. one or mixture of water-soluble polymers. In this case, the amt. of the water-swelling polymer is made to be 40-80 pts.wt. In addition, the water-soluble polymer comprises approximately 10 wt.% pectin and approximately 10 wt.% carboxymethylcellulose. |
