PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce space required for wiring between the respective terminals of a control circuit and a 16-bit width DDR3 memory having a plurality of terminals arranged in a matrix.SOLUTION: A control device comprises a control board on which a 16-bit width DDR3 memory with a plurality of terminals arranged in a matrix and a control circuit are arranged. The long-side edge of the DDR3 memory is opposite a first edge of the control circuit. The plurality of terminals of the DDR3 memory are divided into a data terminal group and a control terminal group that are aligned in the long-side direction of the DDR3 memory. Terminals arranged in parallel to the first edge in the control circuit and located in a predetermined number of lines from the first edge are divided into a first group and a second group that are aligned along the first edge. A terminal in the first group near the data terminal group is set as a terminal connected with a terminal in the data terminal group. A terminal in the second group is set as a terminal connected with a terminal in the control terminal group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
