PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage bag having a holding claw arranged inside the bag so as to make it unnecessary to hold an item directly by the bare hand and having a slit formed at an opening side of the storage bag to integrate a binding strap with the bag, to solve the problems that a separate binding member is necessary for binding the opening of the storage bag, and the opening has to be turned inside out by gripping the outside of the bag to expose and grip the inside by the hand when an item requiring caution in safety and sanitary aspects or an item too dirty to handle by the bare hand is housed in the bag, but still the item cannot be treated neatly and soft and dirty items cause a disagreeable feeling on the finger. SOLUTION: A slit with an appropriate width and appropriate length is cut along an opening part of a storage bag and a binding strap is installed there.
