Disclosed is a fused heterocyclic derivative of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate or solvate thereof, wherein the substituents are defined in the specification. Also disclosed is the use of the fused heterocyclic derivatives of formula (I) for the manufacture of a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of sex hormone-dependent diseases.
