The present invention relates to a semiconductor device having a power device and a heat sensing device detecting the temperature of the power device. The present invention disposes the heat sensing device near to a heat emitting source by deforming a portion of a transistor forming the power device such that the heat sensing device correctly detects the temperature of the power device. |
