Described is a device for fastening the spermatic cord during surgery, which includes a handle, an upper jaw attached in a mobile manner to the handle, a lower jaw attached in a fixed manner to the handle and separated from the upper jaw, means for closing the upper and lower jaws in order to fix the device to the surgical field of the surgery, where the closing means are pivotally mounted over the lower jaw and has an open and a close position, the closing means, including a pin for maintaining the closing means in a closed position prevent the jaws from splitting, and means for fastening the spermatic cord, which are anchored or attached to the lower jaw or to the handle.
