PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemically-treated steel sheet which has weather resistance with changes in a gloss and a color thereof over time curbed.SOLUTION: A chemically-treated steel sheet 10 has a chemically-treated film 12 on a plated layer 17 of a steel sheet 11. The chemically-treated film 12 contains fluorine resin, base material resin other than the fluorine resin, metal flakes 13 and a chemical treatment component. A content of the fluorine resin with respect to a total amount of resin is not less than 3.0 mass% on the basis of fluorine atoms. The content of the base material resin with respect to 100 pts.mass of the fluorine resin is not less than 10 pts.mass. The content of the metal flakes 13 in the chemically-treated film 12 is more than 20 mass% and not more than 60 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
