<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wobble measuring method by which quality of a wobble formed in an optical disk can be appropriately measured and effective evaluation can be performed. <P>SOLUTION: When a carrier part of the wobble formed in the optical disk is measured, a fine defect of the wobble is checked by using ≥300 Hz VBW (Video Bandwidth). In the wobble measuring method in BD ( Blue ray Disk) specification, for example, a center frequency is set to be a center frequency of the wobble and a span, an RBW (Resolution Bandwidth), and the span is 0Hz, the VBW are set 30KHz, and 300 KHz, respectively, and then tracking is made to be in a quiescent state to measure wobble fluctuations for several tens of tracks. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
