PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motor, a hoisting machine, and an elevator system.SOLUTION: An electric motor (1) according to the invention comprises a stator (4) having slots (5), and a concentrated winding (6) is fitted in the slot. The electric motor also comprises a rotating rotor (2), and the rotor (2) includes permanent magnets (3a and 3b) placed consecutively in a ring (12) in a direction of rotational movement.
