An embedded light source encapsulation structure comprising a light source panel (10), a light source substrate (20), a PCB (30), and drill rods (40). The light source panel (10), the PCB (30), the light source substrate (20) are laminated, bonded, and assembled together. The drill rods (40) are inserted into a seam between the light source panel (10) and the light source substrate (20) and are used for engaging tightly the light source panel (10) and the light source substrate (20). The light source encapsulation structure employs the embedded drill rods (40) for fastening and assembly, and the drill rods (40) are embedded within the encapsulation structure, thus allowing simple product appearance, avoiding tediousness of fastening with nuts and bolts connection, riveting and welding, and cotter pins, making the encapsulation to be difficult to remove and firm, improving protection for a light source, simplifying component processing, and saving production costs. |
