A method for detecting power consumption abnormality comprises: obtaining basic information and service information of a terminal device, and the service information includes program information of the terminal device currently running, and the basic information includes current scene parameter information of the terminal device; obtaining the current value of the terminal device currently consuming; and determining whether power consumption abnormality exists in the terminal device according to the basic information, service information and current value. The technical solution achieves the determination of existed power consumption abnormality of the terminal device, thereby reducing the power consumption current of the terminal device, and thus the battery lifetime of the terminal device is extended. |
