摘要 The invention relates to medicinal materials science. A method for the preparation of crystalline hydroxylapatite coating on implants and endoprostheses made of titanium or alloys thereof involves thermal deposition of calcium or phosphorus ions from aqueous solution thereof on titanium substrate at a temperature of 37-40 °C and pH 6.15-6.30, in doing so 8-10A current is passed through the substrate for 1 hour. The coating prepared is dried at a temperature of 37 °C for 2 hours. The invention provides enhancing bioactivity and biocompatibility of implants with bioorganism due to the preparation of crystalline coating at physiologic temperatures, this does not require further thermal processing which impairs the quality of the coating.
