PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satchel reducing a manufacturing cost by simplifying a part of manufacturing processes, reducing complicated work and a labor accompanied therewith and shortening the manufacturing time. SOLUTION: This satchel A is provided with a storage part 6 with an opening 5 in its upper surface, a back board part 1 coming into contact with the back when being carried, and a lid cover part 7 continued to the back board part 1 and openably closing the opening part 5. The back board part 1 and the lid cover part 7 are so formed that a lining material 28 stretched on the mutual insides is molded into a single sheet continuing from the back board part to the lid cover part 7.
