PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment plug capable of improving its durability by preventing each blade projected in the front end face of a plug body from being ruptured. SOLUTION: When a foot is brought into contact with the plug body 2 of this attachment plug 1 inserted in a receptacle A, or is caught in a cord 3 connected to the plug body 2, and the plug body 2 is displaced in the direction different from its inserting direction, the plug body 2 is restored or maintained in a state in which the blades 4, 4 of the plug body 2 are projected toward the inserting direction in parallel by restoring force of a core 5 itself formed with a modified PPE resin. The blades 4, 4 can be kept to have an insertion space and an insertion angle suitable for insulation, and the blades 4, 4 projected in the front end face of the plug body 2 can be prevented from being ruptured from their base portions.
