PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system that, when components are replaced during maintenance work, can acquire information on components ultimately replaced and information on components temporarily replaced while distinguishing them from each other.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus 100 detects that components are replaced, and manages whether the image forming apparatus is under maintenance. The image forming apparatus 100 further determines whether components are replaced during the maintenance. A management server 110, when the image forming apparatus determines that components are replaced during the maintenance, stores component replacement information as a history of component replacement work, and when the image forming apparatus determines that components are not replaced during the maintenance, stores the component replacement information as a history of replacement of components.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
