PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new polypeptide promoting the cellulose degrading activity of cellulase.SOLUTION: There is provided the polypeptide bound to crystalline cellulose, obtained from Fusarium equiseti. The polypeptide is supplied to cellulose together with cellulase to enhance the cellulose degrading activity of cellulase.
